When will my order go out?

I ship every Monday through Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to most countries via Australia Post.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping physical products can be expensive, particularly internationally. I try to use the most affordable way and carrier to ship products.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?

Immediately send me a couple of photos of the damage and we will work out a resolution.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.

The product I want to order is out of stock.

As I am an independent maker, I tend not to carry a lot of backstock. Contact me and I’ll work something out.

Where are you located?

Canberra, Australia. Do you have a physical store? Unfortunately, no. If I start selling at fares or festivals I will announce it.


Care Instructions

If required, wipe with a slightly damp cloth to clean, followed by wiping with a soft dry cloth. Do not immerse in water. Do not use solvent‑based cleaners. Do not store in damp or extreme temperature environments.

  • Wood is organic therefore please expect colour and grain variation from product to product.

  • As each product is hand made, all dimensions are approximate.
